Water Based Head Cement

An alternative to epoxies. Endorsed by Bob Popovics. Tuffleye is a special light-cured acrylic for fly tiers that hardens in less than 20 seconds, is harder than epoxy, and never yellows. No mixing or long and tedious turning required. It will not harden until you apply the proper wavelength of light. There is no harmful residue or smells and is easy to use, clean, and store. The material can be colored and even weighted and remains totally insoluble in both fresh and saltwater. Currently offered in a core version and finish (thinner, more flexible and penetrating) version in syringe tubes with applicator tips. Sold in complete kits, including the special high intensity AC/DC light, shield, and several tubes of the acrylic. Kit #1 contains the light plus 10cc of core and 3cc of finish. Kit #2 contains the light plus 10cc of core and 10cc of finish. Kit #3 contains the light plus 30cc of core and 1cc of finish.
